The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, available in industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages. It operates over industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and extended commercial range of -20°C to +70°C, with frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm. RMS phase jitter is specified at 0.6 ps to 0.85 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Supply voltage supports 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and it meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 environmental standards.
