The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, frequency stability as tight as ±10 ppm, and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C and extended commercial range of -20 °C to +70 °C. It meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards with MSL1 moisture sensitivity rating.
