The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, available in 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm package sizes. It offers frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm, a maximum RMS phase jitter of 0.85 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges of -40°C to +85°C and -20°C to +70°C. Power supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
