The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, offering frequency stability of ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with a supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260 °C environmental standards.
