The SiT9120 is a differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, supporting industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It delivers 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges.
