The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device offers frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. It exhibits 0.6 ps RMS random phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The oscillator meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
