The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs across 31 frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V and supports industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is designed for applications including 10GB Ethernet, SONET, SATA, SAS, Fibre Channel, and PCI-Express.
