The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, operating from 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It offers frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm, and industry-standard packages in 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm sizes. RMS phase jitter is 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device operates over industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges. It complies with MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C standards.
