The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges. The device is available in industry-standard packages measuring 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
