The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) temperature ranges in industry-standard 3.2 × 2.5 mm, 5.0 × 3.2 mm, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm packages. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with maximum current consumption of 69 mA for LVPECL and 55 mA for LVDS. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
