The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator supporting LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, ±10 ppm frequency stability, and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges of -40°C to +85°C and -20°C to +70°C respectively. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
