The SiT9045 is a programmable, EMI-reducing oscillator for applications requiring high stability and ruggedness, operating from 1 to 150 MHz with LVCMOS output. It is available in industry-standard QFN packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm², and supports extended operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C under AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification. The device offers spread spectrum frequency modulation with center or down spread options in 0.125% or 0.25% steps up to ±2% or -4%, respectively, and selectable triangular, Hershey-kiss, or random profiles. Rise and fall times are programmable across eight settings from 0.25 to 40 ns for additional EMI control. It consumes 6.6 mA typical at 1.8 V and provides acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable modes, and the oscillator is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XO devices.
