The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with EMI reduction features, including spread spectrum modulation and programmable rise/fall times. It operates from -40°C to 85°C with frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and consumes 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. Available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm², it offers a 5 ms startup time and supports pin-selectable modes for standby, output enable, or spread disable. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
