The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². It offers ±20 ppm frequency stability over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device includes programmable rise/fall times (0.25 to 40 ns), spread spectrum options from ±0.125% to ±2% center or -0.25% to -4% down spread, and triangular or Hershey-kiss modulation profiles. Pin 1 supports standby, output enable, or spread disable functions. Startup time is 5 ms, and it complies with RoHS, REACH, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity standards.
