SiTime Corporation Spread Spectrum Oscillators SiT9005A-22-0001

The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, offering center spread options from ±0.125% to ±2% in ±0.125% steps and down spread from -0.25% to -4% in -0.25% steps. It supports triangular and Hershey-kiss spread profiles, programmable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns, and ±20 ppm frequency stability over industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. The device operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with 4.0 mA typical current draw at 1.8 V, features a 5 ms startup time, and is pin-compatible with quartz XO replacements. It is available in industry-standard QFN packages: 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², with SOT23-5 available on request. The part is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
