The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS oscillator covering 1-110 MHz with extended temperature operation from -55°C to 125°C, AEC-Q100 qualified, and available in industry-standard packages of 2.0×1.6, 2.5×2.0, 3.2×2.5, 5.0×3.2, and 7.0×5.0 mm. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25-3.63 V, draws 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and 20 MHz, and offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm. The device features acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, standby current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V, and includes OE and ST control pins for output disable and sleep mode. It meets MIL-STD-883 for mechanical shock and vibration, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
