The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS oscillator operating from 1 to 110 MHz with an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, designed for high-reliability applications such as avionics and telemetry. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and includes a standby mode to reduce power. The device offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
