SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator with a frequency range of 1 to 110 MHz, designed for extreme environments including avionics, telemetry, and smart munitions. It operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified for Grade 1, 2, and 3 applications. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. Standby mode reduces current to as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V. The oscillator is available in industry-standard package sizes: 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free.
