The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator for frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz, designed for aerospace and high-reliability applications with an extended operating temperature range of -55 °C to 125 °C. It is AEC-Q100 qualified and available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm, acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and includes standby mode for low power operation.
