The SiT8925B is an automotive-grade, high-frequency MEMS oscillator designed for applications requiring precise timing under extreme temperatures, with a frequency range of 115.2 MHz to 137 MHz. It offers frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm and G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, supporting LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs. The device is available in standard package sizes including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and is AEC-Q100 qualified with extended operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C. It consumes 4.9 mA typical at 1.8 V and includes a standby mode to reduce power. RoHS and REACH compliant with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
