The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C. It operates on supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and offers LVCMOS/LVTTL output. The device is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It includes standby mode for low power operation, has G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free compliant.
