The SiT1566 is a 32.768 kHz micro-power TCXO in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm CSP package, designed for battery-powered applications with ultra-low power consumption of 4.5 µA. It offers frequency stability of ±3 ppm or ±5 ppm over the operating temperature ranges of -20°C to +70°C or -40°C to +85°C, with integrated phase jitter of 2.5 nsRMS and an operating supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.63 V. The device includes on-chip filtering capacitors and does not require an external bypass capacitor under normal conditions. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a PFAS-free option available. The output is LVCMOS compatible with a 45% to 55% duty cycle, and start-up time is 300 ms.
