The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, designed for extreme temperature environments from -55°C to 125°C. It supports frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with a frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, operates on supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, and consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V. The device features LVCMOS/LVTTL output, standby mode for reduced power, and industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It meets RoHS, REACH, and lead-free requirements, with G-sensitivity as low as 0.1 PPB/G and low jitter performance.
