The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator with an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz. It operates at supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with a typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. Frequency stability is as tight as ±20 ppm, and it features G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/G. The device includes a standby mode with currents as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V.
