The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 110 MHz, operating from -55°C to 125°C, and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V. It features frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, and low power consumption of 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V.
