The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It operates at supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with typical current consumption of 3.8 mA at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V under no load at 20 MHz. The device features a low G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output, and includes standby mode to reduce power consumption. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. RoHS and REACH compliant with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
