The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator generating frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm. It operates from -40°C to +125°C and accepts supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V. Current consumption is 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V. Output is LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible. Package options include 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It includes output enable and standby modes with startup and resume times up to 5 ms.
