The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operation from -40°C to 125°C. It operates at 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V, consuming 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and features an LVCMOS/LVTTL output. Available in industry-standard packages from 2.0 x 1.6 mm to 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it includes OE and ST pins for output control, with startup and enable times up to 5 ms and 130 ns respectively. RMS period jitter is 1.6 ps to 3 ps depending on supply voltage. RoHS and REACH compliant.
