The SiT8918B is a high-temperature oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with a frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V, with a typical current consumption of 3.5 mA at 1.8 V. The device features an LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output and is available in industry-standard packages measuring 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free. This part does not meet AEC-Q100 qualifications.
