SiT8918B is a high temperature oscillator with a frequency range of 1 MHz to 110 MHz, operating from -40°C to 125°C, and compatible with supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.5 V to 3.3 V. It offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm, consumes 3.5 mA typical at 1.8 V, and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL output. Available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is RoHS and REACH compliant. The device supports OE and ST control pins for enable and standby functions and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards. A 0.1 µF bypass capacitor between Vdd and GND is required.
