The SiT8209AC-8F-28E-150.000000 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible oscillator offering a precise output frequency of 150.000000 MHz between 80.000001 and 220 MHz, with frequency stability of ±10 PPM over the extended commercial temperature range of -20 °C to +70 °C. It is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, operates from a 2.8 V supply, consumes 34 mA at 100 MHz with no load, and features ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz).
