The SiT8208 is an LVCMOS oscillator delivering 1 to 80 MHz frequencies with ±10 to ±50 ppm stability and 0.5 ps phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in 4-pin packages sized 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm and operates over industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) ranges. The device supports supply voltages from 1.71 V to 3.63 V and is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators. Output rise/fall times are 1.2 to 2 ns into 15 pF, with duty cycle of 45-55%. It includes OE and ST pins for output control, consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz, and maintains 2 FIT reliability or 500 million hour MTBF. It is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental standards.
