The SiT8208AI-G3-28S-75.000000 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with a fixed output of 75.000000 MHz. It operates with supply voltages of 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, drawing 31 mA at 20 MHz under no load conditions. The oscillator delivers ultra-low RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability of ±10 PPM over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is available in 5.0 x 3.2 mm 4-pin packages, is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance with 2 FIT reliability. The OE and ST pins enable enable/disable and standby modes, with startup time up to 10 ms and resume time up to 10 ms from standby.
