The SiT8208 is an ultra performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It offers frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). Available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm, it supports operating temperature ranges of −20 to +70 ⁰C (extended commercial) or −40 to +85 ⁰C (industrial). The device is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz-based oscillators, features 2 FIT reliability, and is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
