The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with precision, LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, and 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It is available in 4-pin standard packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and offers frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 ppm over operating temperatures of -40 to +85 °C (industrial) or -20 to +70 °C (extended commercial). It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, supports 1.71 to 3.63 V supply voltages, and is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant with 2 FIT failure rate. The part is sold with pre-programmed frequency of 1.2 MHz.
