The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. Operating temperature ranges include extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C). The device is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and is RoHS and REACH compliant with a reliability rating of 2 FIT (500 million hour MTBF).
