The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, featuring LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output and ultra low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V, consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators and offers 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability.
