The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It offers ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and operates across extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) or industrial (-40°C to +85°C) temperature ranges. Available in standard 4-pin packages of 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it provides 100% pin-to-pin compatibility with quartz oscillators. The device consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage and includes OE and ST control pins for enable and standby modes. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with an MTBF of 500 million hours.
