The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with stability options from ±10 to ±50 ppm, and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps integrated from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and complies with RoHS and REACH standards. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators and features a 2 FIT failure rate or 500 million hour MTBF.
