The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It features LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output, operates over industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, and 7.0 × 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, and 3.3 V, with current consumption up to 33 mA at 20 MHz. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators, meets RoHS and REACH standards, and has a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
