The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm. It offers ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. Available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators with 100% drop-in compatibility. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, consumes 29-33 mA under no load at 20 MHz, and features standby current as low as 10 µA. It complies with RoHS and REACH standards, has an MTBF of 500 million hours, and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 environmental qualification standards.
