The SiT8208 is an ultra performance LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.5 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm and supports industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage and operates from 1.71 to 3.63 V. It is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, has a 2 FIT failure rate, and complies with RoHS and REACH standards.
