The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillators offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm and supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V. Operating temperature ranges include extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) and industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C). The device features 100% pin-to-pin compatibility with quartz oscillators, 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
