The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM and ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm and operates over extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) or industrial (-40 to +85 °C) temperature ranges. The device is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators, features a 1.71 to 3.63 V supply range, and meets RoHS and REACH standards with 2 FIT reliability.
