The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator offering any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators in computing, storage, networking, and telecom applications. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device provides ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 ppm over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges.
