The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, featuring 0.5 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz and frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device provides LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output with a 1.71 to 3.63 V supply range, consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz, and has 150 ns OE enable/disable time.
