The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator offering any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with precision to six decimal places, designed as a drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators in computing, storage, networking, and telecom applications. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The part achieves ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and frequency stability of ±10 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, with a typical current consumption of 29 to 33 mA depending on Vdd and frequency. The device is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and features a 2 FIT failure rate or 500 million hour MTBF. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards.
