The SiT8208 is an ultra-performance LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator providing any frequency from 1 to 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places. It is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz oscillators in 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm 4-pin packages. It offers frequency stability of ±10 to ±50 ppm over the operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C and exhibits ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The device operates with supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, consumes 29 to 33 mA at 20 MHz, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance with 500 million hour MTBF. Industrial and extended commercial temperature options are supported.
