The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability options of ±10, ±20, ±25, or ±50 ppm, and a phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz) at 10 MHz. It supports supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, or 3.3V, operates over extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) or industrial (-40 to +85 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device is pin-compatible with quartz oscillators, features a 1.2 ns rise/fall time with 15 pF load, and meets RoHS and REACH compliance. It has a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF and is MSL1 rated for soldering.
