The SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, offering a 100% pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz-based oscillators. It features ultra-low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), frequency stability as low as ±10 PPM, and is available in standard 4-pin packages including 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports LVCMOS/LVTTL output, operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and has a reliability rating of 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF.
